A senior sales executive with a background in Fortune 100, private equity and start-up businesses, Deirdre specializes in accelerating and growing measurable economic results through increased market and revenue share.
Active in higher education in Massachusetts, she served on the Board of Trustees at Salem State University both as a member and its Chair and currently serves on its Foundation. She also works part-time with current and future business leaders by teaching graduate entrepreneurial and executive studies at Endicott College’s Van Loan School.
Ms. Sartorelli received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Salem State University in 1983, a Masters of Business Administration in 1985 from Bentley University and her Ph.D in Business Administration from California Coast University in 2001. She is also a graduate of Stanford University's Professional Development for Entrepreneurs program.

Cassidy graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Human Services. Throughout her undergraduate career, Cassidy was on the executive board for several organizations and clubs on campus including Endicott’s Women’s Rugby team, LIGHThouse Leadership Society, Mortar Board National Honor Society, and Psi Chi National Honors Society. She also works as a behavior therapist for children diagnosed with autism at a local center.
Currently Cassidy is in the process of completing a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College.
